SALAMA!
What to expect
Madagascar is a country like no other and it's wildlife is a great example of this. Species found nowhere else on the planet scattered around the island in different habitats. If you keep a lifer list this is the place to be, with more endemic species than you can count. From the dry rocky landscapes filled with ring-tailed lemurs and giant chameleons, to the rain forests of Ranomafana bustling with all manner of birds, insects, lemurs and much much more. Madagascar is a true adventure, expect some bumpy roads along the way but each location will make it all worth it. We work with some amazing partner organisations, doing some great research and conservation work. You'll get plenty of opportunities to learn from the researchers and conservationists directly. Get a chance to talk to the local people in the surrounding area and really learn about Madagascar.
